pictures of jana feifer purses Oprah loves Jana Feifer's makeup bag. "Aren't you sick of those makeup bags that are only big enough to hold blush and lipstick? An entire face worth of goo fits into this one. Throw in your wallet and the bag substitutes as a terrific little clutch." Oprah lists Jana Feifer's bag on her list of one of her favorite things.

Jana's career in fashion began when she founded a promotional products development company, where her clients included Donna Karan, DKNY and Calvin Klein. 4 weeks now since order was placed and have not received. They do not return emails and voicemail is full. Terrible customer service. Shame on the Today show for promoting businesses like this when there are plenty of reputable companys that would love the
    business.

I received this bag and it smells bad, looks terrible and it not what was advertised on the Today Show. I think the Today Show should hear about this product. I am trying to get my money back or I will file a claim with the Attorney General. If we all file a claim with the Attorney General, someone will see there is a problem here!

I received this bag as"advertised on the Today Show", it is not the one shown on TV.
This bag is little more than a smelly bag with a leather strap.

I also ordered the black croc bag after watching it on the Today Show. It took longer than expected to arrive, but I got it on Dec. 21 and it's wonderful!

This \"faux croc\" is a crock. It's simply a PVC smelly bag and I don't even believe the trimming is leather. The Today show should check out products they promote. Seeing lots of unhappy customer comments and I've contacted Today Show.

    I love the purse.
I did receive an email saying that they were running behind schedule on the purses. I was given an option to cancel and get a credit or it would be delivered in Jan. I opted for Jan., but the purse can on Fri. 12/23/11, purse is beautiful and I think they did great customer by me.

The shell is made of 100% PVC. Here is what Wikipedia has to say about PVC (among other things):
\\\"Vinyl chloride, from which PVC is manufactured, is a carcinogen and thus a hazard in PVC production.\\\" \\\" Carcinogens may increase the risk of cancer by altering cellular metabolism or damaging DNA directly in cells, which interferes with biological processes, and induces the uncontrolled, malignant division, ultimately leading to the formation of tumors.\\\"

Would you want your wife, mother, daughter, girlfriend, carrying this thing around. Oh better yet would Jill Martin????

I ordered the tote on the Today show and rec'd the email saying it would be late or I could change the color I wanted, which I changed from cognac to black and I did receive it the 2nd week in January, so I should have waited. I was disappointed with it being made of PVC and leather trim, it was advertised on the show as a leather tote, I would have never paid full price for this which was supposed to be $395, I think the price was out of line, doesn't look at all like it would ever cost that much.

I received my black "leather" croc tote and couldnt be more disappointed by the quality and false representation of the product. I contacted customer service for return info and was told to send it back w/ original packaging and a tracking # for a refund. I sent it to the address provided (distribution co.) for an additional $13 in shipping costs!! and am waiting on a response--feel like I may be getting screwed on this one! Thanks a lot Jill!

The Black buttery soft bag from Jennifer Feifer for $75 was a rip off. Originally selling at $350+ I thought it had to be great. I wanted a black leather bag, nothing out of sight.
I just want you to know this was dreadful. I would never use it or give it as a gift. You have great products but this has really put a damper on my interest.
No one at JF will talk to me. If you would look into this I would appreciate it. With the economy the way it is I cannot just throw away $75+. it's plastic and smells horrible
